Credits are a one-time purchase (not a subscription) and never renew automatically.
Unused credits are refundable. Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your account email and order details; we refund the purchase if none of its credits have been used.
If part of a purchase has been used, we may refund the unused portion at our discretion.
Used credits are not refundable, except when an AI request failed and the credit was not returned, or the service was unavailable; we will restore or refund those.
Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full.
Refunds go back to the original payment method (Toss Payments for KRW, Paddle for USD purchases) and usually arrive within 5-10 business days.
환불정책
크레딧은 일회성 구매이며 구독이 아니고 자동 갱신되지 않습니다.
사용하지 않은 크레딧은 환불됩니다. 구매 후 14일 이내에 계정 이메일과 주문 정보를 [email protected] 으로 보내 주시면, 해당 구매의 크레딧을 전혀 쓰지 않았을 때 전액 환불합니다.
일부를 사용한 경우 미사용분을 회사 판단으로 환불할 수 있습니다.
사용한 크레딧은 환불되지 않습니다. 단, AI 요청이 실패했는데 크레딧이 돌아오지 않았거나 서비스를 이용할 수 없었던 경우에는 복구 또는 환불합니다.
중복·오결제는 전액 환불합니다.
환불은 원래 결제수단(국내 원화는 토스페이먼츠, 달러 결제는 Paddle)으로 진행되며 보통 영업일 5~10일 걸립니다.
